How do I access the members web site?
You may access the site directly at the http://members.adga.org/ or you may use the ADGA Members Login link available on the http://www.adga.org/ home page.

How do I login into the Members site?
If you are a first time user, then you must register before using the site. To register, click the Register to use this site link on the members' login page. You will need to complete a brief form providing your ADGA membership ID, your ADGA issued PIN, and your E-Mail address on file with ADGA. In addition you will need to provide a password which you will be asked to provide each time you login into the members site. After submitting the registration form you will receive a confirmation email providing instructions for how to login into the Members site.

You will need to provide your registered e-mail and password each time you wish to use the Members site.

Why do I have to register to use the Members site?
Because the Members site contains confidential information regarding your ADGA membership transactions, you must register using a PIN number in order to prove your identity.

Why do I have to wait for e-mail confirmation of my registration?
Sending a confirming email to the address you provide on the registration form is a method to insure that the e-mail address is working and allows you a chance to confirm that it was you and not someone else who registered.

How do I obtain a PIN?
A personal identification number may be obtained from the ADGA office by completing the application form available at http://www.adga.org/pin-application.html. There is no cost for first-time acquisition of a PIN.

Why is a PIN necessary?
A PIN is a unique, confidential identification which the system uses to help insure that you and only you are accessing information about your ADGA membership activities. You should guard your PIN against unauthorized use much like you would a credit card number or a bank PIN.

What services are available in the Members site?
Currently the site is in starter/BETA mode. Currently basic goat look up and work history is available. When you enter the system you can see a wide range of tools that are to be expected.

What does it take so long to download the News and Event?
Currently the News and Events is compiled with the Print Shop in mind and then compiled into a PDF (http://www.adobe.com/) format. PDF files tend to be large by nature. You can view the News and Events page by page or download the entire issue and save it to your hard drive.

The download of full News and Events is recommended for high-speed users only.

Why is the print so small?
Font sizes for pages in the Members site are set relative to your browser's default font size settings. Therefore, if the print on the site's pages appears to small, then you should adjust your browser's default font-size to increase the font display size. For Internet Explorer, you may increase or decrease the default font size from the "Text Size" item in the "View" menu. For Firefox, Netscape and related browsers, you may also use keyboard shortcuts to increase or decrease the default font size as explained in the the "Text Size" item in the "View" menu on these browsers.

What web browsers can I use for the site
A number of browsers on different platforms may be used for viewing the Members site. For best results, however, ADGA recommends Internet Explorer 6.0 or FireFox 1.0.
